Are Anvrai diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Every Anvrai diamond is a real lab-grown diamond — chemically, physically, and visually identical to a mined diamond. The only difference is origin, not quality. We work exclusively with CVD-grown stones, known for exceptional purity and consistency.
Who certifies your diamonds?
Every diamond we offer is independently certified by IGI or GIA, the industry’s most recognised grading laboratories. Your diamond ships with its full certificate, detailing cut, color, clarity, and measurements.
How do you choose your diamonds?
Each diamond is reviewed individually and selected for how it performs in real life — its proportions, light return, and overall presence. We look beyond the certificate and focus on how the stone actually appears to the eye: its brilliance, balance, and character.
Can I request additional information of a specific diamond?
Of course. If you’d like a closer look, just let us know. We’ll share additional photos or video so you can feel fully confident in your choice.
Lab-Grown vs. Mined
How do lab-grown diamonds compare to mined diamonds?
They’re the same diamond — same chemistry, same durability, same beauty — simply grown in a modern environment rather than mined from the earth. The difference is origin, not material, making lab-grown an increasingly popular and intelligent choice.
Will anyone be able to tell it’s lab-grown?
No. A lab-grown diamond and a mined diamond look identical to the naked eye. Even trained gemologists require specialised equipment to determine origin.
Why do your prices look lower than traditional retail?
We price every diamond to the real lab-grown market, without inflated markups or retail storytelling. You’re paying for the stone itself — not for layers of distribution or unnecessary overhead.
Curation & Weekly Releases
How do your weekly releases work?
Every Tuesday at 5pm ET, we release a new curated selection of diamonds. Each stone is hand-selected and reviewed individually; only the ones that meet our criteria make it to a release. Quantities are intentionally limited to maintain quality.
What happens if a diamond I love sells before I decide?
All diamonds are one-of-one. If a piece sells, we’re happy to help you find something similar in the next release or source a stone aligned with what you had in mind.
Can you help me find something specific?
Yes. If you’re looking for a particular shape, size, or proportion, we can guide you to the best options available or source a stone that fits your vision.
Settings & Jewelry Design
Do you offer ring settings?
Yes. If you purchase a loose diamond, we can guide you through setting options.
Can I buy the diamond now and choose the setting later?
Absolutely. Most clients do this, especially when they find a stone with exceptional presence or value.
Can your diamonds be set by my local jeweller?
Yes. Every diamond we offer is selected with proportions and structure that make it ideal for setting. Any professional jeweller can work with it confidently.
Orders, Shipping & Confidence
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your diamond is prepared, quality-checked, and shipped express. You can expect delivery within 7–9 days from the moment you place your order.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on delivery?
United States: No. Orders are shipped with duties and taxes are covered upfront.
Canada, United Kingdom & Australia: Duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations. If required, the carrier will contact you directly before delivery.
Can I return or exchange a diamond?
Because each diamond is individually selected and made available in a limited release, all sales are final. If you need additional photos or video before purchasing, we’re always here to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
Every shipment is insured. If your package is damaged in transit or does not arrive, we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve it. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery issues.
