Each Anvrai diamond is reviewed, prepared, and packaged with care before dispatch.
Most orders are delivered within 7–9 days from the moment your purchase is confirmed. This timeframe includes both processing and express international shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.

We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
All shipments are sent via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Shipping is free on all orders.
Every order includes:
- Express international delivery
- Full tracking
- Secure, protective packaging
Duties & Taxes
To make things straightforward:
- United States: Orders ship with duties and taxes are already covered, so nothing additional is required before delivery.
- Canada, United Kingdom & Australia: Local customs may apply duties or taxes upon arrival, collected directly by the carrier.
If you’d like certainty before ordering, checking your country’s import guidelines for jewelry and gemstones is helpful.
Delivery & Signature
A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you're unavailable, DHL/FedEx will arrange redelivery or collection.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping information, contact us at contact@anvrai.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist before the order enters processing.
Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Because each diamond is individually sourced and offered as a one-of-one selection, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out immediately.
